Here's How It Works
Receive an Invite
1.
Click 'Book Session' and provide some info to get an instant quote. Choose the date and time when you want to meet with the Notary and we'll email a link to the online platform where the notarization will take place.
Upload Documents
2.
You'll be prompted to upload the documents to the secured platform. Fill out the documents either beforehand or during the session.
ID Verification
3.
This is a two-step process:
1. Answer a few personal questions to authenticate your identity.
2. Upload your ID (front & back) to complete the credential analysis.
Please note that certain documents may not be eligible for online notarization. It is important to confirm with the intended recipient of the document if online notarization is acceptable. We cannot be held responsible for any rejections of documents.
At this time, Remote Online Notarization is accessible to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who possess a valid state ID, driver's license, passport card/book, permanent resident card and a valid SSN.
