ABOUT

I help busy folks finalize their important documents so that they can continue their life journey.

Hi! I'm Chelsea.

I'm the owner of Homestretch Notary, LLC, and a Washington State Notary Public. Welcome and thank you for being here!

Most people don’t need a notary until they need one—and need one fast. Convenience is the name of the game which is why I travel to you or we can meet online. I am available 7 days a week and just a call or text away.

As a Notary Public, we do the seemingly small tasks of identifying signers and serving as impartial witnesses. The concept is easy, really, but it's more than just stamping a document. It's understanding that we are needed (and trusted) during some of life's important moments, and I don't take that lightly. Your time is valuable, so it is always my focus to handle each appointment with the utmost care and professionalism. What does that mean exactly? I follow the notary laws of our state to ensure things like fraud are not happening. I apply a high level of attention to detail and quality assurance to protect the integrity of the document. This means I check for completeness of notarized documents, but understand I am not an attorney so I do not instruct or give advice on how your documents should be executed.

Since becoming a Notary Public in 2019, I've assisted hundreds of clients finalize their most critical documents. From simple affidavits to complex loan packages, I’ve handled them all with efficiency and enthusiasm. I also offer apostille services for documents that need to be used in foreign countries. This type of service caters to people who prefer the convenience of having an experienced professional handle the apostille process on their behalf.

No job is too big or small for me to dig in. No matter what kind of document you need notarized or apostilled, you can count on me to deliver friendly and reliable service from start to finish. But don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what some of my happy clients have to say about me:

Price was more than reasonable. Fast friendly service. A caring professional.
